What You Need
The essentials for joining the teaching team.
- A reliable wired internet connection with at least 80 Mbps speed and under 100 ms latency.
- A computer with at least an Intel i5 or Ryzen 5 processor, or equivalent.
- An HD webcam, built-in or external.
- A wired headset with a boom microphone for clear audio.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Native or near-native English fluency with a clear, neutral accent.
- A quiet, private workspace for professional online lessons.
- A TEFL certification or a state-accredited teaching credential.
Virtual English Instructor
What the role involves.
- Deliver engaging, high-quality lessons tailored to each student's goals, interests, and learning style.
- Maintain clear communication with academic coordinators and managers regarding check-ins, updates, and scheduling.
- Conduct 20 to 45 minute virtual lessons using the Lingua Vibes curriculum and digital tools.
- Write concise lesson reports after each class, highlighting achievements, progress, and next steps.
- Complete periodic student evaluations to support learner growth and motivation.
- Help create a learning environment rooted in professionalism, empathy, and global connection.
