What You Need
To join our global teaching community, you'll need the following:
A professional online setup, strong communication skills, and a recognized teaching qualification help every lesson run smoothly.
A computer with an Intel i5, Ryzen 5, or equivalent processor.
An HD webcam, either built in or external.
A wired headset with a boom microphone for clear audio.
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
Native or near-native English fluency with a clear, neutral accent.
A quiet, private workspace for professional, distraction-free lessons.
A TEFL certification or state-accredited teaching credential.

Your responsibilities include:
As a Lingua Vibe instructor, you'll play a key role in helping learners achieve their personal, academic, and professional language goals.
- Deliver engaging lessons tailored to each student's goals, interests, and learning style.
- Communicate clearly with your academic coordinator about updates and schedule changes.
- Conduct 20–45 minute virtual lessons using Lingua Vibes curriculum and digital tools.
- Write concise lesson reports covering achievements, progress, and areas for improvement.
- Complete periodic student evaluations that support growth and motivation.
- Create a supportive environment grounded in professionalism, empathy, and global connection.
